Robo Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") operates CartPing, a Shopify application that sends SMS messages to customers who abandon their shopping carts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

When you install CartPing on your Shopify store, we collect and process the following information:

• Merchant information: Your Shopify store URL, access tokens, and account settings
• Customer data: Customer names, phone numbers, and cart contents from your Shopify store — only for customers who have a phone number on file and have not opted out
• Usage data: SMS message logs, delivery status, and opt-out records
• Billing information: Subscription status managed through Shopify Billing (we do not store payment card details)

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send abandoned cart SMS reminders to your customers on your behalf
• Track opt-outs and honor STOP requests from customers
• Provide and improve the CartPing service
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

3. SMS Messaging and Customer Consent

CartPing sends SMS messages to your store's customers on your behalf. As a merchant using CartPing, you are responsible for ensuring that your customers have provided appropriate consent to receive SMS marketing messages in accordance with applicable laws (including the TCPA in the United States).

Customers can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We process and honor all opt-out requests immediately.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or your customers' data. We share data only with:

• Twilio: Our SMS delivery provider, used to send text messages to your customers
• Shopify: As required to operate within the Shopify platform
• Railway: Our cloud hosting provider where the application runs
• Legal authorities, if required by law

5. Data Retention

We retain merchant data for as long as your CartPing subscription is active. When you uninstall CartPing, we retain minimal data (including opt-out records) to honor previous customer opt-outs. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure database storage. Shopify access tokens are stored securely and used only to access your store's data as needed to operate the service.

7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy

CartPing is a business service not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify merchants of significant changes via email or through the Shopify admin. Continued use of CartPing after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
